Custom catering requests require a minimum of 200 wings and must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Pricing is custom based on your event size and needs.

The Man Behind The Wings
Noah & his mini hype woman
My name is Noah Shepherd, and "Shep" has long been a nickname used throughout the Shepherd family. Long before Shep's Wings N Tings became a business, I was a kid standing next to the grill with my dad, Big Billy Shepherd, learning the art of barbecue and bringing people together through food.
Those early lessons, combined with my family's BBQ heritage and my grandpa's grilling style, inspired the flavors you'll find today. Southside Flavor means honoring those roots with authentic smoked wings while creating exciting new flavors that keep people coming back for more. From crowd favorites like Raspberry Chipotle and Lemon Pepper Wet to new flavor drops, every batch is made with care and a whole lot of pride.
What I love most isn't just cooking — it's the community that comes with it. There's nothing better than meeting new people, serving great food, and sharing the flavors my family has been known for for generations. My dream is to one day open a small shop in South Minneapolis and continue building something that makes my family and community proud. If my younger self could see this today, he'd probably tell me one thing: keep pushing for the dream.
